Planning & Approval

Calendar & Scheduling

The calendar shows you what goes out when, across every channel. It's the best place to spot gaps and pile-ups before anyone else does. You'll find it under "Calendar" in the menu.

Two views

  • Month view – the default. Good for the overview and how posts are spread across the month.
  • List view – via the "list" toggle. Good when you have few posts or want to check the exact order.

"today" jumps back to the current month; the arrows page backwards and forwards.

Filtering

There are two filters at the top:

  • Platforms – narrows to individual channels.
  • Status – Scheduled, Published, Draft and Pending (waiting for approval). All four are active by default.

"Clear all" resets both filters. If it says "No posts in this period", there's nothing in that period matching the current filters – so check the filters before assuming something is broken.

Filter to Pending before the weekend to see what's still waiting on an approval. Nothing slips through that way.

Editing posts from the calendar

Clicking an entry opens the post. As long as it hasn't gone live, you can change the text, the media and the timing. Published posts can no longer be changed or removed through capty – you'll need to do that on the platform itself.

Starting a new post

"Create Post" sits in the top right, so you don't have to go back to the menu.

What the calendar doesn't show

Posts that exist but never got a date – pure drafts with no timing – won't necessarily appear here. For the complete list, see Managing Your Posts.
