Managing Your Posts
"Posts" holds the complete list – every draft, every scheduled and every published post. Where the calendar shows when something goes out, this overview shows what exists at all.
Two tabs
- All posts – everything that exists in this workspace.
- Client approvals – only posts sitting with a client for review. Details in Approvals: Team & Clients.
The columns
- ID – the post's number. Have it ready when you open a support ticket.
- Preview – a small preview of the media.
- Caption (Excerpt) – the start of the text.
- Platforms – which channels the post is for.
- Author – who created it.
- Status – see below.
- Scheduled for – the scheduled time, if one is set.
Understanding the statuses
- Draft – saved, but with no timing and no approval. Nothing happens on its own.
- Pending – waiting for an approval. It won't publish until someone signs off.
- Scheduled – has a time and will go out automatically.
- Published – live on the platform.
A post with status Pending will not go out automatically when its time passes. Without the approval it simply stays put, so check this status regularly.
Editing, duplicating, deleting
Clicking a row opens the post in the familiar Create flow. As long as it hasn't been published, you can change everything: channels, media, text, timing.
After publishing: deleting a post here only removes the entry in capty. On Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok it stays up – you'll have to remove it there yourself.
Finding a particular post again
If you know roughly when it was scheduled, the calendar with its platform and status filters is quicker. If you only remember what it was about, the Caption (Excerpt) column in this list will help.
