Your Dashboard at a Glance
When you log in to capty, you land on the Dashboard – your overview page for the current day and month. From here you can jump straight into work or navigate to any other part of capty.
The sidebar
On the left you'll find the main navigation, grouped into a few sections:
- Main: Dashboard, Create (new post), Calendar, and Posts.
- Manage: Templates, Brand Voice, and Team.
- Workspace: Channels (your connected accounts) and My Profile.
Depending on your plan and role, you'll also find an area for your subscription and billing – see Subscription & Billing for details.
Switching workspaces
At the top left, a dropdown shows the name of your current workspace (e.g. your brand or client name). Use it to switch between brands if you have access to more than one workspace. See Managing Workspaces and Brands for more.
What you'll see on the dashboard
- Posts this month / Scheduled: A quick overview of how many posts you've published this month and how many are already scheduled.
- Posts Awaiting Approval: Shows whether any posts are waiting for your review or approval. If there's nothing pending, capty shows "All posts reviewed. Nothing pending."
- Your Recent Posts: Quick access to posts you've recently created or edited.
- This Week's Schedule: A mini calendar view of the current week so you can see at a glance which days have posts scheduled.
Quick actions in the top bar
The bell icon takes you to your notifications, for example when a post has been approved or a teammate needs your attention. The "Create Post" button lets you start a new post immediately, no matter which page you're currently on.
