Setting Up Your Brand Voice
Your Brand Voice is the foundation for capty creating text that genuinely sounds like your brand. You'll find it under "Brand Voice" in the sidebar. It's split into several sections you can fill in step by step.
Brand identity
Here you set basic information such as your brand name, the preferred language for content, and your industry. This information forms the basis for all other settings.
Brand personality
In the brand personality section, choose your brand's tone of voice – e.g. professional, casual, emotional, authoritative, inspirational, or bold. You can also describe in your own words how your brand communicates, and, where relevant, define different audience groups.
Audience & messaging
Here you describe who your content is for – which industries, company sizes, or types of people you're addressing. You can also define words and phrases that should be used in your texts, as well as ones that should be avoided. This helps the AI consistently use (or avoid) certain terms.
Writing examples
In the writing examples section, add sample texts that show how a post in your brand voice should sound (Do) and how it shouldn't (Don't). Use "Add Writing Example" to add more. These examples help the AI match your style and tone even more precisely.
Setup status
On the right, capty shows you how complete your Brand Voice setup is – with checkmarks for Brand Identity, Brand Personality, Audience & Messaging, and Writing Examples. The more complete the profile, the more accurate the generated texts.
Don't forget to click "Save Changes" at the end so your settings are applied.
