Analytics & PDF Export
Under "Analytics" you can see how your published posts performed – across every platform in one place, instead of in four separate apps.
Choosing period and platform
There are two controls at the top:
- Platform – all channels together, or one at a time.
- Period – the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
The period also drives the comparison: each metric carries a "vs last period" figure – the immediately preceding window of the same length.
The metrics
- Total Reach – how many people your posts reached.
- Avg. Engagement Rate – how many of them reacted, relative to reach. This is the more meaningful number, because it stays comparable regardless of how big your channel is.
- Followers – your current follower count.
- Views – how often content was viewed.
Engagement Overview
The trend across the selected period. This is where patterns show up: weekdays that reliably perform better, or a dip after a break. Individual spikes are normal – the trend is what matters.
Top Performing Posts
Your strongest posts in the period. This is the most practically useful part: look at what those posts have in common – format, topic, length, time of day – and carry it over. Patterns that keep recurring are worth capturing as a template.
Platform overview
A direct comparison of your channels. Useful for the question of where your effort actually pays off – and where you might be pushing against a wall.
PDF export
"Export PDF" produces a report with the figures for the period and filter currently set. Handy for client reporting or the monthly team review.
If no data appears
- Nothing published yet: analytics only covers published posts. Drafts and scheduled posts don't count.
- Period too short: switch to 30 or 90 days.
- Channel disconnected: without an active connection capty can't retrieve figures. Check Settings → Channels.
- Numbers appear late: the platforms don't deliver statistics in real time. Shortly after publishing, a metric may still sit at zero.
