Your clients approve.
No account, no detour.
External clients do not want to log into yet another tool just to approve something. In capty you add the client once, attach them to the post while creating it, and they get an email they can comment or approve from.
The problem
Client approval otherwise runs on PDFs, screenshots and long mail threads. What the client actually approved is hard to prove afterwards, and that is exactly what disputes are made of.

What that means in practice
Add the client once
The client is stored as an external contact and is then available on every post.
Approval by email
The client receives the post and responds to it directly — no account, no password.
Comment or approve
They can comment on individual posts or approve them. Both come back into capty.
Its own overview
Everything in client review is collected under "Client Approvals". You can see at a glance what is still waiting on a reply.
How it works
Add the client
Store the external client with their email address in the workspace.
Attach the post
While creating the post, pick the client who should approve it.
Get the response
The comment or approval comes back and shows up in the overview.
Frequently asked questions
Does my client need a capty account?
No. Approval runs through the email capty sends. There is no cost and no setup for the client.
Can a client approve several posts at once?
The client sees the posts assigned to them and can comment on or approve each one.
Can the client see our internal comments?
No. Internal team approvals and client approvals are separate processes.
