How many users can be on one account?

That depends on your plan. For teams, we offer plans from 3 to 10 users. For larger teams, custom enterprise solutions are available. Just reach out.

Can we manage multiple brands or sub-brands in one account?

Yes. capty supports multiple brand workspaces within one account. Each brand has its own brand voice, posting history, and settings, fully separated from each other.

How does the approval workflow work in practice?

The editor generates captions and sets the post to 'Pending Approval'. The reviewer is notified, reviews the draft, can comment or approve directly. After approval, the post is automatically scheduled in the calendar.

Can different team members have different platform access?

Yes. Admins can granularly control which team members have access to which platforms and workspaces. For example, you can authorise a specialist for LinkedIn content only.
